BEGINNER'S REFERENCE/TUTORIAL SITE

This is a great site for novices/beginners/amateurs and
maybe even an overconfident advanced amateur or two.

cs.umd.edu

It's quite a large amount of material, but very
well-organized with alot of useful links. It seems to be
kept updated and is well worth bookmarking (besides, if
you use the info as a tutorial, it will take a LOT of
hours to read everthing).

I found this site referenced as resource for beginner's
on the Sandbox Final Bell/Exchange stock investing game
site. It's free but you have to register. It's a neat
way to test an investment without using the real money
you invested in GRNO or other bonanza. Anyway, in case
anyone is interested in a good simulation game, go to:

sandbox.net
