P.T. Often a situation can cast a spell over a stock and with a little common sense can be interpreted as undeserving. This was the case recently with the shares of VISX and is the case here with T.
The FCC has clearly made their intent known and will step in to the defense of T. This 'dark spell' as you call it is a cloud with a silver lining. The storm before the calm, if you will. And just how quickly AOL's stock price moved up Friday as this news was made public is how quickly T 's price will advance as the facts become more clear.
