Hi Scott: If Buffet is buying it is probably because of McDonald's strength outside of the North America. If I recall correctly, it was this part of their operations that outperformed last year. The demographics would appear to be hurting them a bit in North America. There are fewer kids to sell toys to. This explains their attempts to appeal to the adult consumer with the Arch Deluxe, which was a flop. With all of their resources it is quite possible they will come up with some kind of winner for adults. But right now, it seems they are struggling a bit in North America. They are opening more units but per unit sales are down in NA. Dave
