Oh, yes. I have always depended on the kindness of strangers. Tote, fetch, bring and carry. I think I get those wrong. But I have a recollection that being carried to the store is always something in the future, if someone actually brings you to the store, or did bring you in the past, is that carrying? I would say, brought, but I seem to be functioning on a primitive level when it comes to the finer things in Southern life.
