I just have to say that the conference call was nothing short of GREAT! The analysts all seemed to walk away very satisfied with the answers they got. Out of 960 franchises this is the only one which has created a problem. Seattle settled and ATHM is confident that Portland will be reversed. 959 franchises have NO problem with the transfer. So saying that this is a very isolated incident is really an understatement. I might add that ATHM's proactive position by holding this call should reassure shareholders that they are being led by a top notch group. I did appreciate the op to pick up a few more shares this morning on sale however. lol When the rest panic..keep your head and swoop in.
