Cyber Bill,
I don't think it is that unreasonable to claim 25Mil in goodwill for a company with 100Mil annual sales.
Even if as you say <in the unlikely event that PLT goes belly up, there will be a buyer to whom these sales figures are worth something.
You could argue that the amount listed for goodwill is high, but having this kind of sales revenue is deffinitlely an asset that will play a role when somebody wants to take over a company.
Just my opinion,
