This was an Ancor officer who purchased 20,000 shares at 7.50. Probably not a happy camper today. <g> Do they have to report the amount they bough the shares at or can they put in the closing price on the day they bought the shares. I assume they have to put in the actual purchase price, but if was the closing price, it would correspond with something I heard took place.
