From My ISP, Today at approximately 3:00 pm, a small tornado touched down across the street from the offices at Internet Direct's call-centre and corporate offices, tearing the roof off a neighboring building, tossing cars into the street, and cutting off power to the area. Thankfully, no-one appears to have been hurt, but power will be out for an undetermined length of time, and we do not know when it will be possible to open our call centres. Technical Support and customer service will be unavailable until power is restored. Internet Direct regrets any inconvenience this may cause our customers, and we hope to have full service restored as soon as possible. We do not believe that any email or connection servers have been affected, however some web services may be offline. We will notify you via the homepage of any updates to our services.
