Hi Kim,

it seems that we have similar ideas at the moment. It is pretty
obvious that the share price will drop after the warrants are called.
The calculation is easy:

6.5M shares @ 25 or 6.5M shares @ 30
+ 2.2M shares @ 12 + 2.2M shares @ 12
------------------ -------------------
= 8.7M shares @ 20.97 = 8.7M shares @ 25.45

anyhow we should expect a drop by appr. 15-20% and it might
be a good idea to sell before the conversion. My main problem
is that on one hand I don't know the right day to sell (if I
sell @ 25 and they run up to +30 before the conversion I made
a mistake - and have to pay taxes for my gains) and on the other
hand it is not uncommon for MVIS to jump 10-20% on one good day.

For me this seems to be a difficult task because my 2,000 shares
are real money but I think I will hold to my shares and make
some more money available to buy more shares when the drop
happens.

How about your opinion on this?

Regards Ronald
