"New products keep rolling out one after another." Actually, that is one thing that has me a little concerned.

First, we had the pentium and the higher end mhz. I understood that. Then, the MMX technology. I understood that but it sure came out pretty close in time to the Pentium Pro chips and if I were a buyer of a computer, I would have been pretty peeved off at the obsolenscence of the Pentium Pro chiops without MMX capability.

Now, I know of Klamath, Pentium II, Merced, and I think there is one other. I can't keep up with them all. All to come out within the next two years? If I am confused and I read something about Intel everyday, how confused is the general public. And, what about the obsolescence factor. INTC chips become obsolete by Intel in months rather than years. This can not be good. Gret technology. Gret revolution. Maybe, too fast. Just a thought.
