Hi Rick f, I am sorry to hear that you missed the shareholders meeting. I have done some investigation regarding the change of meeting location, and happy to report that there was no malicious intention or hidden agenda, just an unfortunate situation and poor judgement from eConnect Inc.. We can not change what happened, but I think this is a lesson to learn for eConnect Inc., and that your effort and costs associate with the trip should not go unoticed.
