Hey AJ the reason they slam it down on you is because their phone is just sitting in someones office and they sometimes think it's their own phone,so they pick it up. then sometimes they just reset the machine when its full of nasty little messages from impatient s/h like ourselves. you may just as well talk to a wall as to get through to krt ,they dont even have their name on the door of the office.
