Larry, Looks like overall efforts from the OPEC community are favorable. Latest news: biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com biz.yahoo.com dailynews.yahoo.com IMO, I think TLM will have no problem passing through the technical breakout point of $28.0675 which should boost the rally, however, technicals suggest profit taking in a day or two, my guess is that correction will be mild.
