Hutch, long ago when you were young you understood your potential as
being very high for success. You had the right stuff, now all you had to
do was go into the world and engage it and deliver to yourself the realization
of your ability.
But you came to a crossroad, two paths, one guaranteed to take you to
the level you wanted to reach, and the other also had a path to this place,
but no guarantee.
Which path did you take.
Answer: The path that guaranteed. But taken this path had a cost attached
to it, you had to first do something, give up something, something that if
keep would take you down the other path, and put you at risk.
Integrity
Its not that "you don't get it", but you decided not "to get it".
