NEC is the defendant in a legal action taken some months ago. The ITC has just decided to look into the matter. If I'm not mistaken, there is some type of a relationship between RMTR and CUB(Amex). CUB has been moving on the upside for quite some time. However, no one seems to be interested. This is a stock that even Value Line is unable to get a call on. The stock appears to be solid with good earnings and great potential but no following. If anyone can shed some light on the matter, please help me out. TIA
