I would think that most of teh contracts have been awarded already for the East Coast Project but I do not know that for a fact. However, you are correct, They are just starting to lay the pipe as the clean up teh last few concession battles - about 650 miles ( guess) mnp-usa.com BUT the US portion may be delayed or not built - I vaguely remeber hearing some recent news on this
