Hi John,

I understand this "changing one's mind" thing. I've even done it once myself. :-)

I'd really hate to see MTSN taken out. I fully expect it to be my best performing investment during the next 3 years or so, if given the chance. It would be a real disappointment to get another 25% or so as a takeover premium. We've done better than that in the past week.

The encouraging fact is that the Officers of MTSN as a group own over 30% of MTSN which should make it much more difficult for a hostile takeover.

... or so I hope.
