Results of meeting are below, TGA is expected to relist most likely early next week. TGL - ASX Company Announcement June 1999Part 1/1-------- TRANS-GLOBAL RESOURCES NL-------------------------HOMEX - Perth -------------------------Results of EGM The Company hereby announces that all resolutions proposed for the meeting of shareholders held today were all passed without amendment except as follows: Resolution 4 : The beneficiary of the 31,250,000 ordinary shares to be allotted to the "Vertes Investment Trust" is to be allotted to the "Vertes Family Trust" The Company is proposing to relist on the ASX shortly. The Company's ASX trading code will remain as TGL on the ASX and TGBR on NASDAQ. The Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE) has advised that the VSE trading code will be altered to TGW. R RevelinsDIRECTOR
