Virtually no chance a 25% premium would take it out. IHMO, an initial bid would be around 16, and eventually it would require a mid 20's bid or more, maybe the previous peak's high of 32, in order ot overcome the officer's 30% hold and the poison pill. Not all that crazy really, that would not be far off from the p/s ratios of those who might acquire. But, again, it's still a longshot.
