I just heard on CNBC that dlj has revised Q4 earnings downward for sunw, ibm, emc, dell, hwp, cpq (among others?) based on a survey of 22? IT managers who plan to "lock down" spending in Q4 due to y2k. Analyst says it's a one time deal...still maintaining established buys. No url available yet.
