Ok think about it. if the selling is reducing then the volume is reducing and the price moves up ... If the volume increases and the price goes down or stabilizes then you have selling. Reduce volume and increase in price to me is the level where selling is tapering off. Once the float has turned then you have a new level. JMO GB
