Brian, Technically, QWST chart looks terrific. Clearly ready to move up with QWST now over all MA (50, 100, 200) and RSI, MACD and OBV showing positive opportunity now. BB analysis show "room to move up". Liking this!! Plus, CIBC Oppenheimer meantions strong upgrade for entire TELECOM industry (upgrades specifically for WCOM, SBC, BEL, GTE, AIT) so we should get a lift from that also.
