with VERITAS NetBackup

partnership to provide VERITAS NetBackup(TM) across Sequent UNIX and
Windows NT platforms, including its mixed-mode NUMACenter(TM) systems.
This combination of VERITAS NetBackup and Sequent NUMA-Q(R) and
NUMACenter systems enables centralized storage management for
heterogeneous environments from a single console dramatically reducing
the cost of backing up large environments and delivering continuous
availability of data. The agreement between VERITAS Software and
Sequent extends their long-standing OEM partnership upon which
customers depend for one-stop product-and-services solutions for
e-commerce, customer relationship management and business intelligence
environments.
