This sounds like classic justification, but truly it isn't ready to move yet. Stocks move on new things happenin' with the company, and there's a bunch of new things going to happen but not quite yet. So in the meantime, low volumes trading - most people simply holding their shares - and a few discouraged people willing to let theirs go cheap. IMHO WUWT
