William, It is interesting that they would dwell on the 22% who said they would lock down spending in the 4th quarter and ignore the 78% who plan to keep buying when conventional wisdom for months now has been claiming that NO corporation on the planet is going to buy any hardware in the second half. Oh well, whatever sells commercials you know.
