Brian - Apparently the Bloomberg link from last night has expired. I read the article. It said that Avici was considering a sale rather than an IPO because of the problems with ramping up production after the IPO. They said they wish Nortel would move faster which seems to indicate they want Nortel to buy them out. Nortel, with a 20% stake, would seem to have a controlling interest. Maybe Nortel is trying to squeeze Avici and vice versa. What happens if Lucent or some other vendor comes in and makes a tender. Things could get interesting. Ken
