Mr. Warsinske is the founder of the company's emerging Hip-Hop and Rap label, which were purchased by PayForView in March 1999.
Mr. Warsinske has more than 25 years of experience in the record industry. He has worked to promote such industry greats as The Police, Kiss, Sex Pistols, Aerosmith, Pat Benatar and Van Halen. He has also consulted for Motley Crue, Metallica, Guns N' Roses, and others. His interest in Hip-Hop and Rap began in the early days of the genre, and he has worked for other labels and assisted in furthering the careers of such Rap and Hip-Hop sensations as Run-DMC, Dr. Dre, N.W.A., Ice-T and The Fugees. Recently, he has attracted top talent to Street Solid, including platinum and gold-selling artists like Father MC, Above The Law, RBX, Hutch, and others.
In addition to serving as a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Warsinske will lead PayForView's Internet Music Distribution Division as Vice President-Musical Properties. Responsible for generating on-line music in that emerging marketplace, Mr. Warsinske will work directly with companies currently downloading music. He will also assist in the development of PayForView's and Street Solid's web sites and electronic commerce applications.

The distribution deal with K-Tel was christened last week by the confirmed pre-sale of 40,000 units, an order worth $250,000. The four albums being released between now and the end of September are expected to generate $1.5 Million in sales by February 2000.
