Billserve vs. Wave Account? Why couldn't/didn't PCFREE make their monthly charge collection Wave enabled so there was no need for Billserve Direct? Then there would be only one 'monetary or cash payment system' on each computer? Or does this smack of monopolism. I guess those that have a PCFree computer could pay utilizing a Wave account. I hope the Spragues mention this to PCFree and they do make the PCFree site Wave Enabled.
