uncle, You know I always try and poke holes in stories just to keep 'em "on their toes". So, how can Dataquest predict the following.... He remains optimistic about the near future of the DRAM market, predicting a revenue peak of $43bn (£27bn) in 2001, although this will be followed by another price crash in 2002. And Stuart predict this... i realize that the numbers seem enormous in today's dram market of $15 billion. remember the dram market is projected to grow to over $100 billion by 2002. that is 6x present. I'm sorry, but I have to question this number and the 90% penetration rate....How do you get DRAM market to $100M in '02? Who projects this? MileHigh
