Here is a brief update to the information in link...
Subject 22785

1) Total Outstanding Shares - I would estimate about 4.6 million.

2) Float - I estimate about 900,000.

3) 1998 Audit results - According to the Company, the auditors have said they "are just about done."

4) General Buying - RUMOR: I have heard there are a number of brokers getting involved in KWIN.
