You all are avoiding the other issue, which is Microsoft's linking of Windows 95 to not putting SmartSuite on IBM machines. Not that this changes much in terms of Jackson's decision. Everyone besides Bill Neukom and Bill Gates knows that Microsoft is toast in the courtroom. What it will affect is the severity of the remedies. A demonstration that Microsoft was able to bully IBM to the detriment of consumers--- well, that calls for pretty severe action. Personally, I can't wait to see what type of sort routines they are using inside Windows 98 :) :) :)
