THEY BOUGHT SHARES BASED ON NEWS COMING OUT, WHY WOULD A INSTITUTION BUY MILLIONS OF SHARES IF THERE IS NOTHING TO DRIVE THE PRICE? MY ADVICE IS TO GET IN BIG, LIKE I SAID, WAS NEVER PUMPED ALL INSIDER BUYING.
