Just for the sake of the uninitiated. In the past 15 minutes almost 100,000 shares have been sold for $0.11, purchased by someone, thinking that they have the deal of the century, and distributed into the float.
There was only one market maker listed as willing to sell at $0.11. While not necessarily accurate it is fair to assume that this market maker has sold and continues to sell all these 11 cent shares.
Doesn't it strike anyone as strange that this market maker hasn't run out of shares and is not having to back off or raise the ask? He will soon be replaced by another at yet a lower ask. And the process will go on and on until a predetermined amount of revenue has been accumulated from the sale of the converted shares.
These shares are not coming from the thread or the random sellers imho. They are a direct result of the massive dilution caused by the PP holders and their subsequent desire to get thier principal back before holding any shares left over for investment? purposes. And that new found share price will be the new beginniong for establishing a base market value of TSIG as of that date. All the huffing and puffing and wishing and staying long and "these shares are not for sale" chants will change that one iota.
The PP holders will have to sell a lot of shares to get their $3,000,000 back. The share price has alredy fallen below their 30% discount. If they were friendly investors as we were told they should be fine. If they're not friendly, as has been suggested here, and they are selling to recapture at minimum their initial investment, then when all is said and done they will be holding virtually no shares and may even be in the hole revenue wise.imho
Please, people... read the documents and try to understand the mechanics of this floorless debenture and how financing devices like this wreak havoc upon shareholder equity. Stop blaming the messengers here on the thread for their persistent warnings. God knows that the warnings came many months ago. If you must get angry then get angry at the source of the misinformation, and you all know who that is, not REW or Dr. Frankel I might add, or/and yourself if necessary for not heeding Zeev's or Ditch's posts.
