2-Infinity.com Signs International Supply, Installation and Service Agreement with a Large Middle Eastern Construction Consortium

June 8, 1999 10:37 AM
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1999--Lakota Energy Inc., LAKO , announces its wholly owned subsidiary, 2-Infinity.com a high speed Internet service and network solution provider based in Houston, Texas has negotiated an exclusive supply, installation and service agreement with Timco Inc. of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The agreement stipulates that 2-Infinity.com will provide all high speed Internet and network service using the technology developed by TUT Systems, TUTS .

Timco Inc. is the construction division of the Tamimi Group, one of the largest 100 companies in Saudi Arabia. Timco is a privately owned subsidiary with over 300 employees. Since 1973, Timco has completed over 100 commercial structures including contracts for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Labor, Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defense. Plans call for installation of the TUTS System in existing buildings, buildings currently under construction under a re-seller agreement and future buildings contemplated by Timco under this exclusive agreement.

Mr. Fahad Tamimi, President of Timco said, "I am very pleased to be involved in this alliance with 2-Infinity.com. The service they provide is a cost-effective way to allow my company to be more profitable and have this much-needed product to offer to our tenants. I am excited to be able to provide the infrastructure to use the TUTS System and can foresee many opportunities for use in this large but very underserved market. I anticipate a long and profitable relationship with 2-Infinity.com.

"We are extremely excited to have established this relationship with Timco. High speed access is scarcely available even here in the U.S. but in the Middle East it is an absolutely untapped market and now 2-Infinity.com has a substantial foothold," stated Jason Miller, Vice President of Corporate Relations for 2-Infinity.com.

A feasibility study will be conducted immediately in conjunction with this release to evaluate and select Timco's facilities for installation of the TUTS System. Majed Jalali, President of 2-Infinity.com said, "This study will pinpoint where we can install effectively and profitably and we plan to have the first service available in the late summer/early fall. We expect revenues derived from these initial installations will exceed certain mileposts we have set with our parent Lakota Energy Inc. These may generate multi-million dollars worth of revenues quickly, exceeding our original projections."
