2-Infinity.com Signs International Supply, Installation and Service Agreement with a Large Middle Eastern Construction Consortium June 8, 1999 10:37 AM ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1999--Lakota Energy Inc., LAKO , announces its wholly owned subsidiary, 2-Infinity.com a high speed Internet service and network solution provider based in Houston, Texas has negotiated an exclusive supply, installation and service agreement with Timco Inc. of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The agreement stipulates that 2-Infinity.com will provide all high speed Internet and network service using the technology developed by TUT Systems, TUTS .
Timco Inc. is the construction division of the Tamimi Group, one of the largest 100 companies in Saudi Arabia. Timco is a privately owned subsidiary with over 300 employees. Since 1973, Timco has completed over 100 commercial structures including contracts for the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Labor, Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defense. Plans call for installation of the TUTS System in existing buildings, buildings currently under construction under a re-seller agreement and future buildings contemplated by Timco under this exclusive agreement.

A feasibility study will be conducted immediately in conjunction with this release to evaluate and select Timco's facilities for installation of the TUTS System. We expect revenues derived from these initial installations will exceed certain mileposts we have set with our parent Lakota Energy Inc.
