all-- some speculation RE: takeover... i have been thinking about what patel was owed as a result of the yago acquisition, and that maybe that was the reason he was put in charge. now, if he was supposed to get the stock in the event that CS was not trading above 30 (or was it 35?) would he want to sell the company in the mid 20s? there are a lot of questions. while i still think that they company will be acquired i am beginning to think that it may be better if patel stays in charge and CS remains independent. good luck to all, trey
