Following from a release by Hilton of yesterday which does not seem to have wide distribution. (Unlike KOB release it is up-to-date!)Original is on Canada Stockwatch.

"The company is confident that with the successful completion of the well control efforts, on the Bellevue No. 1-17 well, that exploration and development at East Lost Hills and the greater San Joaquin Basin joint venture will develop much faster than in the past. Drilling has recommenced at East Last Hills at 10,600 feet. In addition a new well at Cal Canal, one of the three new prospects the company is participating in, will spud on June 12. A third drill rig will arrive in July to start drilling approximately two miles to the north of the present location at East Lost Hills. The company expects there will be five wells drilled to test the Temblor formation within the next seven months."

It also talks about obtaining greater exposure in US markets thru "preparation and filing of a Form 20F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing should be ready by the end of July. This is the first step in the process to increase the company's presence in the United States capital markets."

Anyone have info on what Form 20F means?

On re-reading the TMK info from previous post it seems there is a difference of opinion on when the #2 ELH wells & the second & third San Joaquin wells will be drilled with TMK playing it conservatively.
