John, considering that Brad bought shares on the open market at 15, it seems very unlikely to me that he would accept a buyout offer unless it was significantly higher than 15. About 2 years ago, when the stock price was much higher, Brad was often quoted in news articles talking about industry consolidation, and how it is necessary. This led me to believe that being acquired was on his mind. I assume that he will be receptive to a takeover when the price is right. The right price will be somewhere north of 15. Right now, we are so far below 15 that I don't think anybody is likely to pay such a large premium for the stock. I would wait until we get into the teens before getting excited about the prospect of a takeover.
