Lots of rumors ... 16M OS and 8M in the float. This buy back I hear is from the restricted stock with a two restriction that was sold much higher than this. CLWK is trying to get the stock structure under control ... Sell restricted and buy the free trading back . Hopefully they will submit SEC filings in the next two weeks. :-) GB
