As I understand Gordan, there will be no announcement when the production line is completed. Valence does not consider that news worthy. They will instead announce orders as recieved.
Upon completion of the line (?) they will start production. 10,000 to 12,000 samples will be sent to each potential buyer (6 to 8 I believe to start) for evaluation. That done, orders are expected.
