Update: I called MPTV yesterday. Was told that the court date has been rescheduled for the 15th. MPTV does not have the money in hand but will have all their ducks in a row (including commitments from outside investors) for the court appearance. The tone of the conversation has improved much. Two weeks ago no one could talk about the status of the loans and court proceedings. Now the mood is very positive and they are saying that the loan will close and they will have title. James
