Ed, KG4 and other warrant holders: The holding of warrants is now being belittled and painted as the enemy. Like many, I averaged down by selling common,buying warrants. I hold 158,000 warrants. These warrants were bought under a contractual agreement that the exercise price would be .50 (fifty cents). Other terms attached to the exercise of the warrants, including an experiation date. Contracts cannot be retrospectively changed without agreement of all parties. We all started in this together, let us continue to stand together without suggesting that we trade houses in mid-stream. Old Sarge does not intend to get wet...if he can help it. It is wise to support one with the right connections. Our God is able, Marshall W.
