GOOD NEWS BOB!

The flood water has left the drilling site, but the ground is still a little soft. They will need clearance to drive on the dikes that access the drill location. A final contract has been signed, on a turnkey basis, but we have not yet specified a drilling date, due to the dampness. While we're on the subject, the nearby discovery was by Amerada Hess, their 2nd in the area. A final cash call is being made now, which includes the increased interest by yours truly. On Chestermere, production is currently 4 million cubic feet of gas and about 300 barrels of oil per day from 4 wells. The 5th well is gas and can probably do another 3-4MM cubic feet of gas per day. Another 2-3 wells are likely in the future. They are already producing at the allowable, so further drilling in the Chestermere will be postponed.

Thanks for the inquiry, Dale
