Redwood appoints director Redwood Energy Ltd RWD Shares issued 4,500,000 Jun 4 close $1.21 Mon 7 Jun 99 News Release Mr. Allan Williams reports Robert P. Petryk, BSc, PEng, has been appointed to the company's board of directors. Mr. Petryk is a graduate of the University of Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Science in mineral engineering (petroleum specialization). Mr. Petryk is presently senior vice-president, North American operations, for Fracmaster Ltd. Fracmaster is an international oil and gas well service company offering pressure pumping services, including fracturing, acidizing, cementing and coiled tubing services. Mr. Petryk spent one year in Russia with Uganskfracmaster (Canadian Fracmaster Offshore Ltd.). Allan Williams says: "I am very pleased that Bob has agreed to join the board of Redwood. His 22 years of oil and gas experience will be a tremendous asset to our company, particularly at this stage as Redwood develops the oil and gas discoveries at Windy Point in Wyoming and South Haro in Alberta."
