To All: How about COMS revises the merger deal on Monday.

I can't help myself keeping thinking how IMPORTANT the press is going to be on Monday. COMS certainly didn't put a word "important" when it announced merger with USRX. Nor as COMS gave 3 days in advance (or 1 trading day in advance) to make sure all interesting parties will attend conference.

My guess is that all March options will be expired this coming Friday. Whether COMS puts a good earning release or not on Thursday will not help those who held March call options at all. In another fact, with all the favorable news going for USRX, USRX share price has been dragged down because of COMS price (even ROK is up 1.875 on last Friday after its k56 chip delay announcement.) USRX share price has been continuously traded 2 dollar in discount in past two weeks according to 1.75 ratio. I think USRX ought to force COMS to revise the merger to the combination of cash and stocks deal. Let's say COMS revises the merger deal to have USRX share holders to choose $75 a share in cash or 1.75 COMS shares. I think it is possible. So many times in past two weeks, USRX went up strongly to 60 and dragged down by COMS price. There are many unhappy USRX shareholders out there right now. Let's ask, Does COMS wants USRX? If yes, what if those pissed USRX shareholders doesn't want COMS shares? I believe COMS needs to revise the deal before the votes from USRX are NO or someone else make a BID to USRX. BUT that is just my guess.

I just don't see what is "important announcement" other than revising the merger with USRX since everyone expects that COMS is going to support x2 and cable modems.

Let's just wish my guess is right at least this time on Monday 9:30.
