Unless you have major bucks invested with TD or its affiliates, it is unlikely that you will get shares in the pre-market. No doubt institutional investors and those with deep pockets will get first pickings. I have a friend who is in senior management with TD Bank, and he is unable to get in on the IPO. If you find out how to get shares at the offer, please let me know. good luck, Robert
