The concept of a free PC is something that will grow in popularity in time. I even think DELL is considering this sort of marketing. It makes a lot of sense for the end user (bundle all services and the lease of the PC for one monthly fee).

What is really great about this sort of service is they can offer alternatives to mainstream such as EBPP. The electronic billing model is a prime example because everyone who signs up for the PC service automatically receives internet and email access. Therefore PCFree can offer EBPP as the only means of billing because they know that all their customers are web-based (which means no excuses ). The PC comes ready equipped with all the necessary software and hardware to perform the monthly transaction. The bill is delivered and the client pays online - simple.
