Meaning of 20F--This form is filed with the Securities Exchange Commission in the United States. It should contain complete disclosure on the company, share structure, properties, trading markets, management etc. In general it is much more comprehensive that the annual information report that Canadian companies file with the Canadian exchanges.

The SEC/NASDAQ have new requirement that in order for the shares of foreign (non-US) companies to trade in the United States they must be registered in with the SEC. After clearing all SEC comments (3-6 months after filing) the shares would be eligible for trading on the electronic bulletin board or any other exchange. Those exchanges such as NYSE, AMEX NASDAQ do have additional listing requirements.

This means increased exposure and greater liquidity.

I hope this helps.
