I suggest you listen to the conference call on the subject before concluding that T has been stopped. corporate-ir.net or call (will work only for today) Replay Number: (800) 633-8284 (George Bell, Milo, others...) Reservation Number 12529666 out of over 900 jurisdictions, Portland is the only one to decide in this way. Seattle has been settled. L.A. is still studying. The other 99% of cities have not raised it as an issue. T fully expects the decision to be overturned in appeals court.
