out of over 900 jurisdictions, Portland is the only one to decide in this way. Seattle has been settled. L.A. is still studying. The other 99% of cities have not raised it as an issue.

T fully expects the decision to be overturned in appeals court.

The funny thing is (and it shows how crazy the politics are in Portland) is that T had not even offered BB service there.
