How can they purchase 1 million shares? Look at their balance sheet. They balance sheet shows that this company does not have the ability to purchase 1 million shares, nor does it have the wherewithall to purchase 20,000 shares. At December 31st, they had less than $100,000 cash. Where are they getting the money to purchase even 100,000 shares.
