I took a small position in HMAR today. While they could go into bankruptcy it seems more likely they will merge or be bought out. At current price I am willing to risk $10K to find out. A little insider selling by the outgoing CEO, but that's to be expected. Judging from the chart the DLJ selling has already occurred (all on one day).
